Common Upload Errors

Extra numbers or characters were mistakenly added in the "Number" field

Area or country codes are missing from the leads file

Names or other text were entered in the "Number" field instead of a mobile number

The number is an international number not supported by the campaign

Required fields were left blank
Troubleshooting
If your upload isn't working as expected, try the following:
- Re-download the sample CSV and start fresh. The column headers must match exactly.

Make sure the file name matches the original sample file name.

Remove any leads that have already been uploaded to this campaign.

Download the failed leads report for specific reasons, then correct and re-upload.
