Upload Data via CSV

To upload leads into a Meera campaign, download the sample CSV from your campaign's General Settings, fill it in with your lead data (keeping the column headers intact), save the file with its original name, and upload it. You can check your upload status and download a report of any failed leads.

Tip: Common reasons leads fail to upload

  • Extra numbers or characters were mistakenly added in the "Number" field.

  • Area or country codes are missing from the leads file.

  • Names or other text were entered in the "Number" field instead of a mobile number.

  • The number is an international number not supported by the campaign.

  • Required fields were left blank.

Troubleshooting

If your upload isn't working as expected, try the following

  • Headers changed? Re-download the sample CSV and start fresh. The column headers must match exactly.

  • File renamed? Make sure the file name matches the original sample file name.

  • Duplicate leads? Remove any leads that have already been uploaded to this campaign.

  • Leads failed? Download the failed leads report for specific reasons, then correct and re-upload.
