How can I add additional numbers within the campaign?

If you need more phone numbers for your campaign, follow the steps below to add them directly within the Meera dashboard.

1. Log in and Select Your Campaign

Start by logging into your Meera Dashboard. From the main screen, select the name of the campaign where you'd like to purchase additional numbers.

2. Navigate to the "Numbers" Tab

Once you’ve selected the campaign, you’ll be taken to the campaign overview page. From there:

  • Click on the “Numbers” tab located in the top menu.

  • This will bring you to the section where you can manage and purchase phone numbers.

  • Click on the “Add Number” button or icon to start the process.

4. Enter the Area Code

You’ll be taken to a new screen where you can:

  • Enter the state area code for which you'd like to purchase numbers (e.g., 310 for California).

  • Click “Search” to see available numbers.


5. Choose and Add Numbers

After clicking Search, a list of available phone numbers will appear.

  • Select any number you’d like to add by clicking the “Add” button next to it.




6. Finalize and Save

Once you’ve selected all the numbers you wish to purchase:

  • Click on “Update Campaign” located in the upper right-hand corner to save and apply the numbers to your campaign.

✅ You're Done!

Your new numbers are now added and active within the selected campaign.

📌 Best Practice for Number Allocation

We recommend having at least two phone numbers assigned to each campaign to ensure reliability and message deliverability.

For optimal performance, it's best to maintain a ratio of one number per 1,000 leads. This helps distribute traffic evenly, reduce carrier filtering, and improve overall campaign success.
