User Roles: What Each Role Can Access
This article explains the five user roles available and what each role can and cannot do. Use this as a reference when setting up your team or deciding what access level to assign to a new user
Before You Start
Only an Administrator can assign or change user roles. If you do not have Administrator access, ask your Admin to make the change on your behalf.
If you need to update the Administrator email on the account, send an email to help@meera.ai and our team will take care of it.
User Roles Overview
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full access to everything in the platform. Administrators manage users, campaigns, and reports. There can only be one Administrator per account. |
| Sub-User | Broad access to campaigns, leads, reports, and user management. Similar to an Administrator but cannot manage billing or top-level account settings. |
| Content Manager | Can create, edit, and manage campaigns and scheduling. Cannot access reports, lead management, or user settings. |
| Analyst | Read-only access to reports. Cannot take any action on campaigns, leads, or users. |
| Agent | Limited access focused on lead management and appointment scheduling. Cannot view or manage campaigns or reports.. |

How to Assign a Role
- Log in to your Meera Admin Portal.
- Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
- Select the user you want to update, or click Add User to create a new one.
- Choose the appropriate role from the role dropdown and save.
