How to Update Your Campaign Messaging

Before You Start

Your campaign messaging is made up of two parts:  Initial messages and follow-ups. Together, they make up the full conversation flow your contacts/leads experience.

Here's what you'll need before making changes:

Access to your Meera AI account with Admin, Sub Admin, or Content Manager permissions.

Can I update my messaging while a campaign is active?

Yes, any changes you make will be applied going forward.

Will changes to my messaging apply to leads already in the campaign?

Yes, but this only applies to follow-up messages. If you add a new follow-up, it will be sent to leads who have not yet responded to the previous message.

How many initial messages can I have?

You can have several initial messages. We recommend having at least two, as it allows you to A/B test your messaging. Reach out to your CSM for more information.

How many follow-up messages can I add?

You can add as many follow-up messages as you like, but we recommend reviewing your contract to understand how many are included in your subscription. If you'd like to add more than your current allowance, contact your CSM to discuss your options.

Can I change the order of my messages?

Yes, you can reorder your messages at any time. Changes will apply going forward.

What happens if I delete a message that has already been sent?

Deleting a message will not affect any messages that have already been sent.
