How to Turn Off a Campaign

We recommend avoiding turning off your campaign unless absolutely necessary. Doing so will stop all activity immediately - no initial or follow-up messages will go out, Meera will not respond to incoming messages, and any calls scheduled for that day will be automatically cancelled. 

If you need to pause communications temporarily. For example, if your office is closed for the day or there is a power outage. Refer to our Options for Temporarily Pausing Meera Outreach article.

If you do need to turn off the campaign, wait until all scheduled calls for the day have been completed to avoid any unintended cancellations.
