What Happens When You Delete a Holiday?
When a holiday is deleted from your account, the following applies:
- All campaign activity resumes as normal on that date.
- Leads will receive an SMS or email notification confirming the holiday has been removed.
- Any calls or messages previously paused for that date will resume according to your campaign business hours.

You can also view and manage holidays directly from within a campaign.

Can I deactivate a holiday for one campaign without affecting others?
Yes, use the Delete from specific campaigns option to manage holiday status per campaign individually.
Will leads be notified when I delete a holiday?
Yes, when a holiday is deleted, leads will receive an SMS or email notification confirming the change.
If I deactivate a holiday for a campaign, will calls still go out on that date?
Yes, if a holiday is inactive for a campaign, normal campaign activity continues on that date as if the holiday does not exist.
Can I edit a holiday after it has been created?
Yes, you can edit holiday settings at the campaign level via the Edit button under Business Hours. Changes apply to that campaign only.
