Campaign Pre-Launch Testing: How to Update, Re-Upload, or Delete Test Leads
Option 1: Update the Lead's Phone Number and Restart the Flow
How it works
Update the phone number on an existing lead and trigger the start prompt to restart the campaign flow. The flow will not restart automatically once the number has been changed you will need to initiate it manually.
When to use it
- You have a different phone number you want to test with

You want to retest the campaign flow without deleting and re-uploading the lead

Option 2: Delete and Re-Upload the Lead
How it works
Removes the existing lead from the system and re-uploads them with the same phone number. Keep in mind that Meera does not accept duplicate phone numbers within the same campaign, the existing lead must be deleted first before the same number can be re-uploaded.
When to use it

You want to retest the campaign flow from the beginning using the same phone number

Re-Uploading Your Test Lead
If you uploaded your test lead via API, Zapier, or any other integration, simply resend the same lead. If you uploaded your test lead via CSV file, refer to the Uploading Leads via CSV File article for steps.
Option 3: Delete a Lead
How it works
Permanently removes the lead and their data from the system. This cannot be undone.
When to use it
- You want to clean up your lead list before going live
- You no longer need the test lead and do not plan to re-upload them
