How to Turn Off, Pause, or Reactivate a Campaign
Here's what you need to know
If you need a temporary break from your campaign (for a holiday, long weekend, etc.), the best option is to use the Holiday module. When you set it up ahead of time, no calls will be scheduled on those days. For steps on setting up your holidays, see How to Update Your Holidays
If you want to stop a campaign completely, you can turn it off. Just keep in mind that if you turn off a campaign on a day that already has scheduled calls, those calls will be automatically cancelled.
Before You Start
Make sure you have the following:

Access to your Meera AI dashboard (https://chatbot.meera.ai)

The name or ID of the campaign you want to pause or turn off

Note: If you need to stop calls today and haven't set up the Holiday module in advance, turning off the campaign is your best option. Any calls already scheduled for today will be cancelled automatically.

Calls that were already in progress at the moment you turned off the campaign may still complete. This is normal, no new calls will be placed after that.
