How to Update Your Holiday Settings

This article will help adjust your Meera.ai holiday calendar to pause or continue lead outreach during office closures

If your office will be closed during holidays, it’s important to update your holiday schedule in Meera.ai so we don’t keep reaching out to leads when no one is available. Only account admins can make these changes.

🔧 How to Update Your Holiday Settings in Meera.ai

  1. 🔑 Log in to Meera.ai.

  2. 👤 Select My Profile.
  3. ⚙️ Click Settings in the left menu.

  4. 📅 Under Add Holidays, click Holiday Calendar.

  5. 🗓️ Find the month (e.g., November), select the date(s) you want to remove, then click Delete.

  6. 💾 Click Update to save changes.

  7. 🔄 To apply this change across all campaigns, click Apply to All Existing Campaigns under the API Token section.

➕ Adding New Holidays

  • 🗓️ Select the date on the calendar, enter the holiday name, then click Save.

  • 🔄 Don’t forget to click Apply to All Existing Campaigns to update all active campaigns.
