What Is the Notification Module?
The Notification Module gives you more control and flexibility over which lead activity triggers a notification. Each event can send an automated email or text message alert to one or more team members of your choosing.
What Can You Be Notified About?
You can enable alerts for the following events:
- Call Scheduled
- Alternative Phone Number Provided
- Assist Lead: User Replied After Lead is Closed
- Assist Lead: Multiple Intents Matched
- Assist Lead: Any User Response
- Lead Marked as DNC (Do Not Contact)
- Lead Requests: Text Only / Email Only / No Calls
