What Is the Notification Module?

The Notification Module gives you more control and flexibility over which lead activity triggers a notification. Each event can send an automated email or text message alert to one or more team members of your choosing.

• Call Scheduled
• Alternative Phone Number Provided
• Assist Lead: User Replied After Lead is Closed
• Assist Lead: Multiple Intents Matched
• Assist Lead: Any User Response
• Lead Marked as DNC (Do Not Contact)
• Lead Requests: Text Only / Email Only / No Calls
