How to Request a Refund or Credit

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager directly, or send an email to help@meera.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Credit Request."

Include your account email, the invoice number (or approximate charge date), and a brief description of the issue.

Our billing team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we'll let you know how and when the refund or credit will be applied.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days to appear.
Account credits are applied to your next invoice your CSM will confirm the amount and when it will be reflected.
What's Eligible for a Refund or Credit?
