How to Turn Off a Campaign

Turning off a campaign will stop all activity immediately. No initial or follow-up messages will go out and Meera will not respond to any incoming messages.

Any calls scheduled for that day will also be automatically cancelled. To avoid unintended cancellations, we recommend waiting until all scheduled calls for the day have been completed before turning the campaign off.
