Exporting Data: How to Download Reports

Meera offers a robust reporting suite within its platform, enabling users to access detailed analytics on campaign performance, lead engagement, call activity, and more.

✅ Who Can Access Reports?

Only Admins, Sub-Users, and Analysts have access to the reporting section within the Meera portal. If you do not hold one of these roles, you will not see the “Reports” option in your sidebar navigation.

🧭 Where to Find Reports

To access and download reports in Meera, follow these steps:

1. Login to the Meera AI Portal

Visit https://chatbot.meera.ai and sign in using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Reports Section

Once logged in:

  • Go to the Dashboard.

  • Locate the left-hand side navigation menu.

  • Click on the “Reports” tab.

This section lists all available reports, categorised by campaign activity, lead performance, and messaging outcomes.

📋 Types of Reports Available

Meera provides access to a wide variety of reports, including:

  • Lead Status Report

    • Categorized view of leads based on their progression (e.g. new, contacted, interested, follow-up, DNC, closed).
  • Call Report (includes recordings, dispositions)
    • Summary of call activity per lead or campaign, including call attempts, duration, outcomes, and agent notes.
  • Scheduled Pending Calls (WCT)
    • A list of calls that were scheduled but are still pending execution.
  • Conversion Report (detailed lead engagement, source insights)
    • All customer interactions across calls, texts, or other channels.
  • Campaign Performance Report
    • Overview of how a campaign is performing—open rates, conversion, appointment rates, DNCs, engagement levels, etc.
  • A/B Testing Report (will show the start prompt performance)
    • Compares the performance of two or more start prompt variations (e.g. message copy, call timing) to identify which version yields better results.
  • Scheduled Event Calls
    • Tracks all calls tied to a specific event (e.g., info session, webinar, insurance deadline), along with time and RSVP status.
  • WCT - Scheduled Calls Report
    • Focuses only on pending scheduled calls that haven’t yet occurred, useful for prioritizing callbacks or same-day follow-ups.
  • Hard and Soft DNC Report
    • Breakdown of leads marked as Do Not Contact:
      • Hard DNC: Permanent opt-out (e.g. legal request or explicit unsubscribe).
      • Soft DNC: Temporary pause or internal flag (e.g. user requested no contact for a time).
  • Campaign Lead Data Report
    • Provides a comprehensive view of all leads enrolled in a specific campaign. This report helps campaign managers and agents track lead engagement, audit outcomes, and optimize campaign flow
  • RSVP Report

    • Tracking responses to RSVP-based campaigns (e.g. event invites, webinars), including status: attending, not attending, no response.
  • Throttle Report

    • Tracks message pacing to avoid sending too many communications too quickly. Ensures compliance with throttling rules and daily caps.

📥 How to Download a Report

Downloading a report typically involves:

  1. Selecting the Report Type
    Within the Reports tab, choose the desired report such as  the RSVP Report.

  2. Applying Filters (if needed)
    Use filters at the top of the report interface to narrow the data set by date, campaign, or lead source.

  3. Exporting the Report
    Look for the Export. Click on it to export the report, which is typically in CSV or Excel format.

  4. Check Your Downloads Folder
    The file will typically be named according to the report type and date.

📎 Note: In the case of errors or failed leads, the system provides a downloadable failure report explaining why certain records were not processed.


🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips

  • Missing Reports Tab? Ensure your user role is eligible (Admin, Sub-User, Analyst).

  • Blank Report? Adjust filters or confirm relevant campaign activity during the selected timeframe.

  • Can’t Download? Try another browser or contact Meera support at help@meera.ai.
