Yes, you can re contact your soft DNC lead lists. Contact your CSM to discuss your options.

Can I re-contact someone on the Hard DNC list?
No. Hard DNC is a permanent, legally enforced opt-out that applies across all campaigns for that lead. If you believe a contact has been added in error, contact your CSM.
