Configuring Call Redial Settings

Before You Start

You will need Admin, Sub Admin, or Content Manager permissions to configure redial settings.

What is Call Redial?

Call redial is an automatic retry feature that attempts to reconnect a call when the initial attempt is unsuccessful, whether due to no answer, a busy signal, or a call failure. By default, Meera.ai will retry the call up to 2 times (3 total attempts) with a 3-minute interval between each one.

With Dynamic Call Redial, you can now customize both the number of retry attempts and the wait time between them, configured separately for each call direction (user → rep and rep → user).
