Finding a Lead in Meera and Checking Their Communication Status
Before You Start
You will need Admin, Sub Admin, or Content Manager permissions to check lead message status.
There are three ways to find a lead and view their activity: via Campaign Leads, the Lead Status Report, or a campaign-specific search

Can I check message history for a lead across multiple campaigns?
Yes. To view a lead's history across multiple campaigns, use the Campaign Leads Module and leave the campaign filter unselected. This will return results across all campaigns the lead belongs to.
How far back can I check message history?
You can view the full conversation log for any lead. If a lead appears in multiple campaigns, the conversation history is available per campaign.
What statuses can a lead have?
Leads can have a variety of statuses. The most common ones are Responded, Unresponded, Closed, and DNC. For a full list of available statuses, see this article.
Can I export the lead status report?
The lead status report isn't exportable, but you can export the Conversation Log Report to review a lead's conversation history, or the Campaign Performance Report as an alternative.
