 Meera AI supports several campaign types that allow businesses to engage with leads through automated messaging, scheduling, and call workflows.

Warm Call Transfer (WCT) Campaign

Purpose: Engage leads via SMS and connect interested prospects directly to a live representative.

How it works:

  • Meera AI starts the conversation via SMS.

  • The bot engages the lead and gauges interest.

  • If the lead wants to speak with someone, the platform initiates a call and transfers the lead to an available agent.

Common use cases:

  • Sales outreach

  • Lead follow-up from forms or ads

  • Contact center lead qualification

  • Driving live conversations with prospects

SMS Only Campaign

Engage leads through two-way SMS conversations without triggering live calls or warm transfers

How it works

  • Meera sends an initial SMS outreach message to the lead.

  • The AI bot continues the conversation through automated SMS responses.

  • Leads can ask questions, request information, or respond to prompts.

  • The campaign can send automated follow-ups if the lead does not respond.

  • No automatic calls or call transfers are initiated.

Hierarchical / Lead Qualification Campaign

(Also called Qualifier Campaign)

    • routed to a rep

  • The system automatically tracks responses and confirmations.

  • Meera can also:

Inbound Text Messaging 

Purpose: Allow leads to start a conversation by texting the business, after which Meera automatically continues the interaction using its AI workflow.

How it works

  • A business shares a QR code or SMS link on a website, ad, or marketing material.

  • When a lead scans the QR code or clicks the link, their phone opens the SMS app with a pre-filled message and the campaign phone number.

  • The lead sends the message, initiating the conversation.

  • Meera recognizes the incoming message and triggers the campaign workflow, allowing the bot or agents to respond immediately.
