Campaign Linking: Overview & Setup

What is Campaign Linking?

Campaign Linking helps move leads from one campaign to another automatically.

What does it do?

Campaign Linking will:

  1. Move leads from one campaign to another automatically

  2. Check if leads meet certain conditions (like status)

  3. Wait the right amount of time before moving them

  4. Keep a full history of what happened to each lead

  5. Show you how everything is performing in real time

How to access Campaign Linking

  • Log into your Meera dashboard

  • Go to the left-hand menu

  • Select Campaign Linking

  • Click + Create New Sequence to get started

How to create a sequence

A sequence is the rule that tells leads where to go next

Follow these steps:

  • Give your sequence a name

  • Choose the source campaign (where leads start)

  • Choose the destination campaign (where leads go next)

  • Set the date range:

    • Include Leads Starting From

    • Include Leads Until

  • Choose when the move should happen:

    • Lead Was Added

    • Lead Reached Final Status

  • Set how long to wait (between 7–120 days)

  • Pick one or more status triggers

  • Review expected cost and volume

  • Check the acknowledgment box

  • Click approve

Recommended status triggers

When setting up your sequence, you can choose from recommended status triggers. These help decide when a lead should move to the next campaign.

You can select from the following options:

  • Not Responded Closed Leads

    • Includes only leads who did not respond

    • Does NOT include DNC or soft closed leads

  • Workable Closed (Excluding Requested Calls)

    • Includes leads who responded but did NOT request a call

    • Does NOT include DNC or soft closed leads

  • Workable Closed (Excluding Connected Calls)

    • Includes responded leads who were NOT connected on a call

    • Does NOT include DNC or soft closed leads

  • User Unavailable Closed Leads Only

    • Includes cases where the user was unavailable (e.g., line disconnected, user hung up)

    • Does NOT include DNC or soft closed leads

  • Rep Unavailable Closed Leads Only

    • Includes cases where the rep was unavailable (e.g., line disconnected, rep hung up)

    • Does NOT include DNC or soft closed leads

  • Scheduler – Cancelled Appointments

    • Includes cancelled appointments from scheduler campaigns

    • Only for leads who were never connected

    • Does NOT include DNC or soft closed leads

  • RSVP – No

    • Leads who responded “No”

  • RSVP – Yes

    • Leads who responded “Yes”

Important things to know

  1. You cannot edit a sequence after creating it. If you need changes, delete it and create a new one

  2. Deleting a sequence stops future lead movement but does NOT change leads already moved

  3. Destination campaigns must have all the same shortcodes as the source campaign

  4. A lead can only be in one campaign at a time

Managing your sequences

  • Pause: Stops lead movement temporarily

  • Resume: Starts it again

    • Process old leads (backlog)

    • Only process new leads

  • Delete: Removes the sequence completely. You’ll see the impact before confirming

Reporting

You can track how everything is working:

  • Open the Campaign Linking Transition Report
  • See success and failure rates
  • Filter by date to view specific time periods
