Important things to know
-
You cannot edit a sequence after creating it. If you need changes, delete it and create a new one
-
Deleting a sequence stops future lead movement but does NOT change leads already moved
-
Destination campaigns must have all the same shortcodes as the source campaign
-
A lead can only be in one campaign at a time
Managing your sequences
-
Pause: Stops lead movement temporarily
-
Resume: Starts it again
-
Process old leads (backlog)
-
Only process new leads
-
-
Delete: Removes the sequence completely. You’ll see the impact before confirming
Reporting
You can track how everything is working:
- Open the Campaign Linking Transition Report
- See success and failure rates
- Filter by date to view specific time periods
