Basic vs. Premium Reports: Overview
This article outlines the reports available within Meera platform. These reports provide transparency and insight into lead activity, follow-ups, campaign engagement, and compliance-related actions.
🔹 Call & Follow-Up Reports
1. Call Report (Premium)

Description: Displays detailed call activity, including call status and filters for "Call Created Date" or "Lead Posted Date". Includes views by either attempted calls or per-lead basis.

Use Case: To monitor call outreach performance and activity per lead or campaign.
2. Follow-up Performance Report (Premium)

Description: Summarizes how follow-up sets are performing within a campaign. Highlights responses received and categorizes them into hard DNC, soft DNC, and those resulting in 30007 errors.

Use Case: To evaluate effectiveness of follow-up messaging and detect compliance-related flags.
3. WCT – Scheduled Pending Calls (Basic)

Description: Tracks upcoming scheduled calls for WCT campaigns. Includes call time (in campaign and user timezones), lead information, call status, and access to conversation logs.
