Call Calibration at Meera: What to Expect

Before any campaign goes live, Meera runs a Call Calibration to ensure all phone-related components are functioning properly. This helps identify and resolve issues before your leads receive any calls.

📞 What Is Call Calibration?

Call Calibration is a process where Meera places 10–15 automated test calls to the phone number you've provided. These calls are spread out during the day and are used to validate your setup.

✅ What We Check During Calibration

During these test calls, we’re verifying the following:

  • Is the phone number active and correctly connected?

  • Is an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system present?

  • Are live representatives answering the calls?

🗣️ What Will Your Reps Hear?

If someone answers a calibration call, they’ll hear this message:

“This is a Meera Calibration Call. Press any key to end the test and disconnect.”

We recommend pressing any key to confirm that the line is being answered by a human. This helps us validate responsiveness and connection quality.

📩 What Happens After Calibration?

Once all test calls are completed, you’ll receive a Call Calibration Report via email. This includes:

  • Call success rate

  • IVR detection results

  • Rep response verification

  • Any issues or flags we detected
