Need to tweak your campaign when is live? You can easily update your campaign’s business hours right from the Meera dashboard. Whether you're adjusting for weekends, holidays, or new working hours, here’s how to do it in just a few steps
✅ Here’s What to Do:

Log in to your Meera AI Dashboard

Head over to “My Campaigns” on the left-hand menu

Click on the campaign you’d like to update

At the top of the page, hit “Business Hours.”

Make any changes to your hours and days of operation

When you're done, click “Update” in the top-right corner to save it
⚠️ Important to Note
When updating your business hours, make sure your follow-up message timing doesn't fall before your campaign's start time.
If a follow-up is scheduled to go out before business hours begin, it won’t be sent — so double-check that your message schedules align with your updated hours.
