Recommend Toll-Free numbers when:

  • The customer wants one number for the entire campaign

  • The campaign is national or brand-focused

  • Messaging volume is low to moderate

  • The customer prefers a recognizable business phone number

Unlike 10DLC campaigns, only one toll-free number should be assigned per campaign.

For campaigns using Toll-Free numbers:

  • Only one toll-free number should be used per campaign

  • Sending throughput may be lower than multi-number 10DLC campaigns

Tip: For larger campaigns, consider recommending 10DLC numbers instead.

  • Numbers are selected from available inventory.

  • Specific toll-free numbers cannot always be guaranteed.
