How can I view the logs for a specific lead?
There are multiple options available to view the logs for the uploaded leads. Viewing the logs will allow you to go through the complete conversation along with the call recording that happened (if any) with a specific lead.
Campaigns Section
- Navigate to the Campaigns section by hovering your mouse over the left side of your browser once you log in to your dashboard on Meera.
- Select the eye icon next to the campaign for which you are trying to look at the logs.
- Select the log button next to the lead that you are trying to look at the log for.
Campaign Leads Section
- Navigate to the Campaign Leads section by hovering your mouse over the left side of your dashboard once you log in. Then select All Leads.
Next select the log button next to the lead that you want to view the logs for.
Campaign Performance Report
- Navigate to the Reports section by hovering your mouse over the left side of your dashboard once you log in and select the Campaign Performance Report.
- Apply filters as per your requirement in the top section of the report and you will get the data accordingly below.
- The numbers popping up in blue will be clickable and provide the list of specific leads along with the log button, clicking on which you can view the complete conversation with the lead.
