Updating Your Messaging: A Step-by-Step Guide

Keeping your scripts and messaging updated is essential for effective communication with your prospective leads. Meera AI offers a simple way to manage and update your campaign scripts directly from the platform. Follow the step-by-step guide below to make the necessary updates.

Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Messaging/Scripts:

  1. Log in to the Meera AI Platform: Start by logging in to your Meera AI account with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Campaigns: Once logged in, go to the left-hand side of the page and click on the "Campaigns" tab. This will display all your active campaigns.
  3. Select the Desired Campaign: From the list of campaigns, choose the one for which you want to update the messaging or script.
  4. Access the Scripts Section: After selecting your campaign, click on the “Scripts” tab located at the top of the page. This will open the current scripts and messaging used for your campaign.
  5. Update Start Prompts: Make the necessary updates to the start prompts to reflect the changes in messaging. This is the initial communication your leads will receive.
  6. Update Follow-Up Messages: Once you've updated the start prompts, you can navigate to the "Follow-Up" messages section, also located at the top of the page. Here, you can make adjustments to the messages that will be sent after the initial prompt.
  7. Save Your Changes: After making all the required changes to the script and follow-up messages, click on the "Update" button, located on the right-hand side of the page, to save your changes.

Although you can make changes to your scripts directly through the platform, we recommend consulting with your Customer Success Manager before making any updates.
