Meera’s Notification Module allows you to set up targeted email alerts for specific lead and campaign activities, giving your team real-time visibility and quicker response times.

With the Notification Module, you can enable alerts for the following events:

  • 📅 Call Scheduled

  • ☎️ Alternative Phone Number Provided

  • 📩 Assist Lead: User Replied After Lead is Closed

  • 💬 Assist Lead: Any User Response
