This guide provides a summary of the reports available within Meera, including what each report offers, and which are part of the Premium Reporting package

🧩 Lead Data Reports

Lead Status Report
Tracks lead progression and engagement by outlining lead statuses and their descriptions. Includes insights into SMS delivery, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.

💬 Lead Engagement & Conversation Reports

Conversation Log Report
Provides a detailed view of all messages within each user conversation—includes message type, timestamps, user responses, and conversation status. Useful for tracking engagement and optimizing follow-up strategies.

Campaign Performance Report
Highlights overall campaign performance, with metrics on lead processing, message delivery, user responses, DNC activity, and call outcomes.

Follow-Up Performance Report
Shows performance data for follow-up sequences, including lead responses and categorization into Hard or Soft DNC.

Hard & Soft DNC Report
Lists leads marked as Hard or Soft DNC, along with the corresponding reason codes for each status.

📞 Call Reports

Call Report
Displays detailed call activity per lead, with filters for Call Created Date or Lead Posted Date. Allows you to view data by attempted calls or by individual leads.

Scheduled Pending Calls Report (WCT campaigns only)
Tracks upcoming scheduled calls for Warm Call Transfer (WCT) campaigns. Shows scheduled times in both the campaign and user time zones. Includes lead details, call status, and conversation logs.

Total Appointments Booked Report
Tracks the total number of appointments successfully scheduled through WCT or Scheduler campaigns.

Call Scheduled Flow Report
Visualizes the path leads take from initial contact through to scheduled call, helping assess drop-off points or bottlenecks.


🧪 A/B Testing & Throttle Reports

A/B Testing Report (Initial Messages)
Evaluates how initial messages are performing based on lead responses to each variation.
Premium report

Throttle Report
Displays the number of leads being processed per hour when throttling is active.
Premium report

Throttle Leads Report
Shows which leads were held due to throttling, when they were released, and how they were processed.


📅 RSVP & Event Campaign Reports

RSVP Report (RSVP/Event campaigns only)
Provides a summary of RSVP confirmations, offering visibility into attendee engagement and campaign performance.

RSVP Segment Report
Breaks down RSVP responses by segment or group for deeper insights into event attendance behavior.


📆 Scheduler Reports

Scheduled Event Summary Report
Tracks lead-level details and scheduled call timelines for Scheduler and WCT+Scheduler campaigns.

🔐 Who Can Access These Reports?

Access to the reporting section is limited to the following user roles:

  • Admin

  • Sub-user

  • Analyst

All other roles will not have access to these reports.
