Step-by-Step Guide: How to Close a Lead or Add to DNC

This guide walks you through the process of removing a lead from your Meera AI campaign by updating their status to "closed" or adding them to the DNC list.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Login to Meera AI
    Begin by logging into your Meera AI account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the 'Campaigns' Section
    On the left side of the screen, you’ll find the navigation menu. Click on the "Campaigns" located on the left hand side option to access all the campaigns in your account.
  3. Find the campaign & click on the 'Eye' Icon
    Choose the campaign from the that contains the lead you'd like to close or DNC followed by the "eye icon"
  4. Use the Filters to Search for the Lead
    At the top left corner of the page, you’ll see the Filters option. Click on it to open the filter menu.
  5. Enter the Lead’s Mobile Number
    In the filter menu, enter the lead's mobile number in the required format to ensure accurate results.
  6. Click 'Submit'
    After entering the mobile number, click the Submit button. The system will search for the lead based on the number you provided.
  7. Access the Lead's Information
    Once the lead's information appears in the search results, click on their phone number. A new tab will open with more detailed information about the lead.
  8. Change the Lead’s Status
    In the new tab, you will see the Lead Status section. Change the status from open to closed to mark the lead as no longer active in the campaign.
  9. Adding a Lead to the DNC List
    In the same tab, on the panel located on the right-hand side, you'll see an option to add the lead to the Do Not Contact/Call list. Simply click "Add to DNC" to complete the action.
  10. Save Your Changes

    Once you've updated the lead’s status or added them to the DNC list, click "Update Lead" to save your changes.

    • Leads marked as "Closed" will no longer be contacted within the current campaign.

    • Leads added to the DNC list will be excluded from all future campaigns, as DNC status applies account-wide.
